PVC is frequently used for the manufacture of toys, such as balls, dolls, inflatables in general and other flexible toys. PVC provides a pleasant touch, similar to human skin (in the case of dolls).

Manufacturing process

Toys, as balls and dolls, are manufactured by rotomolding process. The laminates used for inflatable manufacturing are manufactured by calendering.
