SPRAY-UP

This process is used during automotive assemblies and intends to protect the lower part of the body and assure good sealing of joints. In both cases, plastisols are applied with the help of a spray nozzle. To obtain good sealing at the joints, nozzles with greater diameter are used; to protect the  bodies, very thin nozzles are used, and the diameter may get as low as 0.3 mm (spraying).
