MOLDING

Enables the application of several colored layers (or not) in a pre-designed model (mould). Examples of this process include labeling manufacture, automotive carpets and key chains. A layer of plastisol in a determined color is applied to the mold and taken to the oven for pre-gelation. Then, consecutive layers of different colors are applied to the corresponding cavities, and are pre-gelated before application of the following layer.
