Polyvinyl chloride made by microsuspension polymerization.

Applications

Preparation of plastisols for:

Coatings: synthetic laminates (cellular or top coats), floor coverings, wall coverings, non-backed foams, transparent articles.
Rotational molding, molding and slush molding: mats, balls, dolls and general hollow products.
Dipping: gloves (supported or not) and general coatings.
Spraying: vehicles undersealants.
General Purpose: labels, vehicle air filters.

Characteristics

Low molecular weight resin suitable to prepare easy to de-aerate low viscosity pastes with newtonian rheology and little aging during storage.

Special Properties

Outstanding capacity to foam over a very wide range of formulations. Cells are extremely fine, homogeneous and present high whiteness. In floor coverings the inhibition is clear and well marked.

Blends with SolVin® 370HD and SolVin® 374MB result in cellular quality synergy.

SolVin^® 367NK works as rheology and dilatancy depressor in combinations with SolVin® 370HD and SolVin® 374MB.

As a result of its newtonian rheology, SolVin^® 367NK holds low viscosity levels under both low and high shear rates, ensuring outstanding paste applicability.

Top coats are glossy and present high transparency.

Provides quick gelation speeds due to its low K value, ensuring good adhesion properties in laminates.

Substantial viscosity reductions can be obtained in combinations with SolVin® 266SF.
